BT/Microsat - Bluetooth interface (minidin 6-pin)

This Bluetooth interface is based on popular HC-05 module.

Device is pinout compatible and can be connected to:
- WX3in1 Plus 2.0,
- WX3in1 Mini (via CAB45 adapter),
- WX3in1 Plus 1.0 (via CAB45 adapter).

With WX3in1 Plus 2.0 Bluetooth interface reserves both serial ports thereby excluding usage of other serial devices. This is necessary for Bluetooth connection status sensing (via PORT2 RXD line).
