Shipping information

Within 9 years of our activity we sent more than 3000 shipments to our customers around the world, including as distant countries as USA, Canada, Brazil, Australia, Argentina and Thailand.
Below you can find a list of shipping methods we support.

Polish post (registered priority airmail)
This is the most common method of shipping used for more than 95% of our orders.
Shipping time: Standard delivery times are around 1-2 days for Poland, 1 week for other EU countries and around 2 weeks for countries outside EU (starting from a day when an order is marked as Shipped in our webshop system). Unfortunately exceptions happen and some shipments take more time. Longer delivery times happen often before Christmas time when Post Offices have more work to do than normally.
Tracking: For most EU countries tracking is available using Polish Post webpage or your local Post Office tracking page. For outside-EU countries tracking is rarely available. Unfortunately parcels to USA, Canada and Australia are no longer trackable.
Insurance: We can guarantee that you will not lose money by making orders in our webshop. We had only ONE lost parcel from 2011 and in that case the shipment was resent and properly received by a buyer.
Please note that I can make a complaint on the Post Office after not less than 14 working days from the day of shipping. I cannot do anything before this time because shipment is considered as in transit and Post Office asks me to wait.
In case of a lost parcel, my primary method is to resend the shipment or (in worst case) I give you a money back. You need to be patient and consider that this shipping method is reliable but not very fast. Unfortunately currently I do not see any alternative at a reasonable price for overseas shipments.

Polish post (Global Expres airmail)
This shipping method is currently available for USA and Canada. The difference from registered priority airmail is that Global Expres should be fully trackable to these two countries.
Shipping time: Standard delivery times are around 2 weeks (starting from a day when an order is marked as Shipped in our webshop system). Unfortunately exceptions happen and some shipments take more time. Longer delivery times happen often before Christmas time when Post Offices have more work to do than normally.
Tracking: Fully trackable for USA and Canada.
Insurance: We can guarantee that you will not lose money by making orders in our webshop. We had only ONE lost parcel from 2011 and in that case the shipment was resent and properly received by a buyer.

DPD courier service
This shipping method is available only for EU countries as it is a done only by land.
Shipping time: Standard delivery times are 1 day for Poland and around 2 to 7 days for other EU countries (starting from a day when an order is marked as Shipped in our webshop system) depending how far is a destination country from Poland. These shipping times are often respected.
Tracking: Parcels are fully trackable using DPD tracking system.
Insurance: DPD courier service gives a full insurance for shipments.

Other shipping methods
We can send your order with other shipping methods, including overseas courier service (like DHL). But please note that these shipping methods cost a lot of money. Please contact me by email for possible options.
